Hello everyone and welcome back to our blog! In todays post it is me Valencia here and I'm going to be reviewing the Lori Dolls Luxury Hotel Service Set we got for Christmas for our Lori Dolls, we all love it so much! We hope you enjoy this review!
Here is the set in the box, like most Our Generation and Lori items, we though the packaging was going to be difficult and it is usually more difficult for Lori but it is always worth the hard packaging! Although, this set had very basic packaging, barely any tape and plastic ties? It was sure easy to get out! We love the colour scheme of the Lori packaging!
Here are all the pieces in the set, all so cute!
Here are the pieces the dolls can wear! First we have a fluffy white dressing gown, if fits the dolls perfectly and feels very soft! Next are the pink slippers, they are made of plastic like most OG and Lori shoes, but they have lots of detail! Especially on the bottom of the slippers there are small bumps which we think are to help you not slip on wet/shiny floors! Then we have the eye mask! We think this accessory is so cute as the Lori Dolls eyes don't close like OG dolls so they can have a proper nights sleep! There is elastic to keep it on which works well and the fabric feels nice!

Here are all of the food accessory pieces! First we have the silver tray, it is a light silver colour and is made of plastic, we love the detail of the handles! Next up is the serving stand! It is the same silver colour as the tray and is made of plastic, it also includes a clear lid made of plastic to keep the food clean! I love that the lid is clear as it means the Lori dolls can see the food without having to lift the lid off! In this picture we also have the 2 plates! They are a dark cream colour and are made of plastic. Around the outside they have a decorative wiggly edge! Then we have the knife and fork, they are a gold colour and I love that even though they are tiny, they have so much detail!
Here is the telephone and newspaper! The telephone is a light blue/teal colour and has white buttons! The buttons are painted on so that they can call their friends! The phone lifts off making it easier for the Lori dolls to ring! The newspaper is paper although it is stiff and strong, so it feels like it won't break! It also has a headline although no proper text as that would be too hard to read!
Here we have the cup, saucer and coffee pot! The saucer is the same as the plates, just smaller, the cup is filled with coffee and looks very realistic! The cup also has a cute small handle! The coffee pot is silver and looks just like a real one! It has so many realistic details and the handle and top of the lid are black!
The toast is so cute! It is made of plastic and is a dark orange colour! They are the same shape which makes it look like they are from the same loaf, and are made of plastic! The eggs are white with yellow yolk and are also plastic! One cool detail is on the bottom there are indentations of grill lines from the frying pan! The butter dish is so adorable and just like a real one! It is a white colour and has a place for the butter to stay in, although it will fall out if tipped and doesn't stay extremely secure which can be good as then when your dolls use all the butter, they can pretend to put a new block in!
Here we have the waffle! It has the square indentations just like a real waffle and has one separated quarter! It is slightly lighter in colour than a real waffle, but still cute! There is a bowl of strawberries, the bowl the same colour as the plates and the strawberries are small balls and are stuck in the bowl, the strawberries aren't extremely realistic like the other pieces in the set but are still cute! The croissant is a yellow-brown colour and has all the colouring like a real croissant and realistic pastry! Finally there is a pains au chocolat, which is so sweet and realistic! The only thing is it doesn't have the small bits of chocolate on the ends but apart from that is so cute!
Finally, we have the toothpaste! It is a small plastic white tube and has a blue oval meant to be the label! It also as a lid which doesn't come off, the toothbrush is plastic and has a lavender coloured handle with white bristles which the plastic has detail making them look more like bristles! The soap is a small plastic tube with a clear blue colour making it look like real soap! The lid is also stuck on! Finally for the whole set we have the hairbrush! It has a lavender handle like the toothbrush and the bristles are white but they have detail just like the toothbrush making it look more like a hairbrush!
We would definitely recommend this set as our Lori dolls have been using it lots already and the pieces can be used in so many different ways!
