How to make an Our Generation Doll Basketball hoop! (also good for Lori dolls!)

Hello wonderful doll lovers and welcome back to EverythingOGDolls and if you are new here it is so nice to meet you! We are a family of 6 Our Generation dolls who love to spend every moment we can enjoying every day having fun adventures together and our 4 Lori dolls who come along and enjoy the fun with us! So, in todays post it is me Sia the scientist here and I am going to be showing you how to make a doll basketball hoop! I am Franco's secret Valentine this year and as he loves basketball I thought I would make him a hoop! We have our Lori doll Sullivan who also loves basketball and you may be wondering how it is suitable for a 6 inch doll and an 18 inch doll, well lets get started with the craft!

Here is everything you need:  a larger cardboard box, a smaller cuboid size slightly smaller box, scissors, coloured paper/card of your choice and plain white paper although you can just use one colour or any colour card or paper, black felt tip/pen/pencil and tape!

First, we taped down any openings on the cuboid shaped box as we need to use this as a box shape!

Them, we covered most of the box in white paper!
Next, we cut 2 squares of card, which were slightly wider than the top of the cuboid box and made sure they were the same size!

Then, we taped them together!
Next, we drew the design on the piece of cardboard that is on basketball hoops, make sure not to draw over the tape as it will rub off!
Here is the design all finished!
Next, you want to cut a strip of cardboard, we used the vertical strip from the cereal box!
Then, we taped the blue card over the side which had the packaging design on!
We taped it together in a circle to make the actual hoop!
Next, we taped the hoop onto the backboard!
Taped it onto the cuboid box and it is done!
You may be thinking, isn't that a bit small for us? Well, I had just realized the same thing!
Although, it is perfect for the Lori dolls!

And if you put it onto a box, I can use it! This way, Sullivan and Franco can use it!

I hope you enjoyed this craft, we had so much fun making it and I can't wait to give it to Franco on Valentines day!
