Our Generation Dolls Holly's Halloween costume 2022- A monster!

 Hello everyone and welcome to or welcome back to our blog, it's me Holly and today I'm going to be showing you my Halloween costume this year, I hope you like it!

Here is an overview of my costume!

First, I have a headband with pom poms, tissue paper and googly eyes! 

I have a pinafore like thing (no idea what to call it!) with different pom poms, tissue paper and googly eyes again! It is tied on with strong on my shoulders. Also, my top is from the splash of fun outfit!

And finally my leggings are from the get well soon outfit and my crocs are from Nahla's read and play set!

Lori Dolls Vera's Halloween costume 2022- An Olympic Gymnast!

 Hello everyone and welcome to or welcome back to our blog, it's me Holly and today I'm going to be showing you my Lori doll Vera's Halloween costume which is an Olympic Gymnast, I hope you enjoy!

Here is an overview of her outfit!

We used a sock and hot glued the sides to make the leotard and added ribbon for the straps.

Of course we had to make a medal! 🥇So we got a thin piece of ribbon and hot glued a circle of yellow card with a 1 in the middle for first place!

Our Generation Dolls Aria's Halloween Costume 2022- Elsa from Frozen!

 Hello everyone and welcome to or welcome back to our blog, it's me Aria! Today, I'm going to be showing you my Halloween costume for this year- Elsa from Frozen!

Here is an overview of my costume, I'm so excited to wear it on Halloween!

My cape is a piece of blue fabric, tied in the middle with a hair tie!

My dress is from the Brighten Up A Rainy Day outfit!

And my shoes are from the Boo Boo kisses outfit!

Of course I did my hair in the iconic Elsa plait!

Lori dolls Sullivan's Halloween costume 2022- A pizza!

 Hello everyone and welcome to or welcome back to our blog, it's me Franco! In today's post, I'm going to be showing you my Lori doll Sullivan's Halloween costume- A pizza!

Here is an overview. We printed out 2 identical cartoon pizza images from the internet, glued them on cardboard and hot glued string to the back. Then, we can tie them on!

His top came with our Lori doll Philippa, the trousers we made and the shoes came with Sullivan!

Our Generation Dolls Franco's 2022 Halloween costume- a skeleton!

 Hello everyone and welcome to or welcome back to our blog, it's me Franco! Today, I'm going to be showing you my Halloween costume, which is a skeleton, I hope you enjoy!

Here is an overview of my costume, I love it!

All the skeleton pieces are images printed from the internet, and there is strong hot glued onto the back so that I can tie them on!

All the pieces are made the same. The jumper I am wearing is the Our Generation Fall For Apples outfit!

The trousers are from Lily Anna's read and play set and the shoes are from the Plaid and Preppy Outfit!

Lori dolls Philippa's Halloween costume- Anna from Frozen!

 Hello everyone and welcome to or welcome back to our blog, it's me Valencia! Sorry, we meant to post this yesterday but didn't have time, so one day we will have 2 posts, but today will be Philippa's (my Lori doll's) Halloween costume, I hope you like it, she is Anna from Frozen!

Here is an overview of her outfit!

For the hat, we don't think it covers the back of her head (not sure) but we did it like that anyway, and then it ties underneath her plaits, so it is like a headband, but a hat!

Here is her plaits, and where it is tied.

She looks so cute! ❄️

Her dress is made by our friends Midnight Dolls on YouTube and the cape we made with a piece of rectangular fabric and used a hair tie to bring it together.

Her trousers are from a Lori doll outfit and the boots came with our Lori doll Faith!

Our Generation Dolls Valencia's Halloween costume- a box of popcorn!

 Hello everyone and welcome to or welcome back to our blog, it's me Valencia! Every day starting today until Halloween, we will be posting a post about each of our Halloween costumes and I'm going first, I hope you like my costume, this year I decided to be a box of popcorn! 🍿

Here is an overview of my costume, I love it!

The headband is meant to represent popcorn out of the box. We used a pipe cleaner wrapped in red wool, for the headband. We then used a piece of cardboard which we coloured yellow and hot glued yellow pom poms onto!

For the box, I coloured 2 pieces of cardboard with red stripes and used 4 pieces of string so that it ties over my shoulders!

How to make Our Generation Dolls Halloween decorations!

 Hello everyone and welcome to or welcome back to our blog, it's me Holly! In today's post, I'm going to show you how to make some awesome Halloween decorations for your dolls, I hope you enjoy. 😀

For the first decoration, on plain paper (or coloured, then you won't have to colour it in) paper cut out the shapes for any Halloween thing you like, and do 2 for one decoration, exactly identical. We recommend cutting them with 2 sheets of paper together. 

Next, colour then in, one side of each piece of paper.

Then, you need some string. How long you cut the pieces depends on where you would like to place the decorations.

Then, tape the string on the inside and glue the 2 sides together so you have a design on each side and you are done! 🎃

For the second decoration, you will need cotton thread or wool, in Halloween colours.

You can plait it, but we chose to get 3 strands of different colours the same length and tied knots about the same distance apart to keep the thread together, you can place these up on their own or tie the first decoration to them to make a hanging decoration!
